1. The service
Tube Basket ("the service") is a Chrome extension for saving YouTube videos, pinning sections and looping them. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
2. Free plan and Pro
- The free plan has limits on how many items you can save and on some features.
- Pro is a one-time license that unlocks Pro features in the current version and future updates. It is not a subscription and is never charged again automatically.
- One license key can be active on up to 3 devices. Keys may not be shared with others or resold.
- Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh) as Merchant of Record, and Polar's buyer terms also apply to the payment and taxes.
3. Your data
Your library is stored only in your browser. We cannot see, store or recover it. Please use the built-in backup to keep important data safe.
4. Prohibited use
- Bypassing the license check, or modifying and redistributing the extension
- Using the service in a way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service
5. Changes and discontinuation
We may improve or change features. If YouTube changes its layout, some features may stop working temporarily; we will make reasonable efforts to fix them. If we ever shut the service down, we will announce it on this website at least 30 days in advance.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

1. 서비스
Tube Basket(이하 "서비스")은 YouTube 영상 보관, 구간 핀, 반복 재생 등을 제공하는 크롬 확장 프로그램입니다. 서비스는 YouTube 또는 Google과 제휴하거나 그들의 승인을 받은 제품이 아닙니다. YouTube는 Google LLC의 상표입니다.
2. 무료 플랜과 Pro
- 무료 플랜은 저장 개수와 일부 기능에 제한이 있습니다.
- Pro는 한 번 결제로 해당 버전과 이후 업데이트에서 Pro 기능을 계속 사용할 수 있는 라이선스입니다. 구독이 아니며 자동 결제되지 않습니다.
- 라이선스 키 하나는 최대 3대의 기기에서 활성화할 수 있습니다. 키를 다른 사람과 공유하거나 재판매할 수 없습니다.
- 결제는 Polar(polar.sh)가 판매자(Merchant of Record)로서 처리하며, 결제와 세금 처리에는 Polar의 약관이 함께 적용됩니다.
3. 사용자 데이터
보관함 데이터는 사용자의 브라우저에만 저장되며 운영자는 이를 보관하거나 복구할 수 없습니다. 중요한 데이터는 설정의 백업 기능으로 직접 보관해 주세요.
4. 금지 행위
- 라이선스 확인을 우회하거나 서비스를 변조해 배포하는 행위
- YouTube 이용약관을 위반하는 방식으로 서비스를 사용하는 행위
5. 서비스 변경과 중단
운영자는 기능을 개선하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. YouTube 화면 구조가 바뀌면 일부 기능이 일시적으로 동작하지 않을 수 있으며, 운영자는 합리적인 기간 안에 수정하도록 노력합니다. 서비스를 종료하는 경우 최소 30일 전에 웹사이트에 알립니다.
6. 책임의 한계
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 서비스 이용으로 생긴 간접 손해나 데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 운영자의 책임은 사용자가 실제로 지불한 금액을 넘지 않습니다. 단, 관련 법령이 이를 허용하지 않는 범위에서는 적용되지 않습니다.
